FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adop-
tion filed in this cause and consent of the natural parent of said
WILLIAM GERGORY SMALL being filed before the Court, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt
the minor child sought to be ~dopted and that the best interests of
the child would be promoted by the adoption and that the child is
suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, WILLIAM HENRY GATH and "
MARY GATH, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as WILLIAM GREGORY
SMALL is declared to be the legal child of the said Petitioners, and
is given the name of WILLIAM GREGORY GATH, by which name he sha21
hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child be the legal heir of the Petition-
' ers, WILLIAM HENRY GATH and MARY GATH, entitled to all rights and
' privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to said
I Petitioners in lawful wedlock, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment of Adoption

t of SHANNON MARIE SIKALL shall not be entered until such time as the

putative father of said child to be adopted is notified of these
~
proceedings; jurisdiction oP this cause, and the parties is retained
i
~ for the entry of such further Final Judgment of Adoption as may be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
