This cause was duty presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent haveng been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
DIANE WEDDLE, date of birth August 16, 1959
minor children, the sum of S 20 • ~Q per week plus and additional ~ 1.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to be~in on the
Z~~ day of DECEMBER , i9 ~3 , and thereafter on Monday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by_ cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ST. LUCIE County,
Ftorida, and the said Glerk shall transmit the sajd payments to
CLERK OF THE SUPRIOR CQUIt~' OF PAULDING COUNTY, COURTHOUSE,
DAI,LAS, GEORGIA 30132
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
