proven by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing
to the plaintiff from the defendant(s) on the mortgage indebtedness e

described in the Complaint the sum of $15,990.71 , together with
interest thereon from the lst day of May , 1g73 , '
at the rate of aeven (7$) percent per annum,said interest being
computed as of the lst day of Decem~er 1 , 1973 , in the
amount of $ 656.34 , less escrow credit in the amourit of
$ 158.45 , leaving a balance of $ 497.89 interest due;
S 275.00 , attorneys' fees; S 80.64 , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; $ -0- ,mortgage insurance pre-
mium: S-0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 140.60 ,
Court costs; making the total of $ 16.984.84 due to the plaintiff.

(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
iri the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-stpled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 154, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, page 12, of the Fublic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(5) If the aforesaid total sum due to the p2aintiff, and aZl

costs of this proceeding incurred subsequent to the date of this
Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that pr perty a public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
