property at the sale. If the plaintiff shall be the purchaser }

at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the plainti£f, ~
the total sum herein found due to the plaintiff or such portion ~
thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plaintiff, ~

except that the sums mentioned in paragraph 8(a) of this Judgment
~
must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be
by the Clerk fi2ing the Certificate of Title or by Order of this
Court ruling upon objections of tha~-sale; the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by paying: ~
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub- ~
se uent to the entr of this Final Jud ~

publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making said ~

sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for thosP two items '
of costs, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein-
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remainir,y amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.
(9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified,
it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should there be a

deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court, '
and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judg-
t
~nt in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
' arise as a result of said aforementioned sale.

(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and aZl

persons claiming by and through them or any of them, are
severally barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale, ~
its agents and assigns, shall be let into possession of said property ~
without delay. '
