FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay-to ;
the order of ANDRE~9 LESTER the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Four ~
Thousand Five Hundred ~o/1Q0 Dollars (~244,500.00) together ;
with interest thereon from date hereof at the rate of Eight ~
Per Cent per annum (8e) Qn the unpaid principaZ balance,
payable as follows: ~
Interest shall be paid semi-annually on ApriZ Sth ~
and October 5th of_each year until this note is ~
paid in full. Interest due on April S, 1974 shall
be.prepaid at the execution of this note.
Principal shall be payable in te~ (10) equal annual
installments of ~24,450.00 commencing October 5,.197~1
and on the 5th day of October each year thereafter
until October 5, I983 when the principal balance
then remaining unpaid shall be paid in full.
This note is prepayable in whole or in part at any
time after December 31, 1973, and from time to time
without penalty or premium.
Holder hereof agrees that there sha11 be no personal liability
on the part of the I?taker hereof and that the Holder of this
Note sha11 look solely to the security of the mortgage securing
the payment of this note.
Now, should it becorne necessary to collect this note through
an attorney, the undersigned hereby agrees to pay all costs
of such collection, including reasonable attorney's fee. The
drawer waives presentment for payment, protest and notice for
non-payment of this note.
In the event any payment of interest or principal be not paid
~~ithin ten (10) days after the same becomes due, the Holder
of this note may, at his option, declare the whole principal
sun hereof to be immediately due and payable.
