FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of
December, 1973 and the Court having given full consideration ;
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ~
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- ?
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon 4
:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
PATRICIA L. GLENNON and THOMAS GLENNON be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of.them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
bet~reen them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of Thomas Sean Glennon, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to PATRICIA L. GLENNON, ~
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Thomas Glennon. . ~

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and `
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further ~ ~
' orders as may be proper.
