as opposed to being served upon the attorneys for the
Respondent, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
I. The Respondent's motion for a continuance is
hereby granted, and this cause is ordered stricken from the
trial docket to be replaced by further order of the Court

upon motion of either party. i
