and
WHEREAS, it is further the desire of~the parties
hereto to extend the time for payment of said Note as here-
inafter stated and, as security for such paY:^i^~
interest thereon as herein provided, to retain and extend
s aid Mortgage with all of the terms, agreements, covenants,
stipulations and conditions therein set forth, unaltered
and unchanged save as to such terms thereof as are herein
modified;
- NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises
and the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) ~ach to the other in
hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
it is hereby agreed by and between the parties~hereto:
1. So much of the Note and Mortgage as provides
for "...the entire princpal indebtedness, together with
any and all interest accrued thereon, computed at the
rate of ten per cent (10%) per annum, shall be due and
~payable in full on the 3rd day of December, 1973...."

E is hereby amended to provide for "...the entire principal
~ indebtedness, together with any and all interest accrued
~
~ thereon, computed at the r ate of ten ~er cent (10'~6) per
~ annum from August 30, 1973, to December 3, 1973, and com- ;
~
puted at the rate of fifteen per cent (15%) per annum
from December 3, 1973, to February 1, 1974, shall be
~ due and payable in full on the lst day of February; 1974...."
~ 2. Except as herein specifically amended, the

~ Note and Mortgage securing this obligation shall remain as 3
~
~ written, being modified only as necessary to conform to a
