MORTGA6E SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

WITNESSETH: '

WHEREAS, SUSAN MARIE ZACCHEO, is the owner in fee of certain ~
premises ~ocated in Martin County, Florida; to wit: _
Lot 11, Block 2, Plat #l, of "Beau Rivage", according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in ~
~ and for St. Lucie County, Florida in P3at Book 1], Page 24. ;
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.

WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner and holder of a i
certain note, secured by a certain mortgage for such sum and interest made by
SUSAN MARIE ZACCHEO, to ROGER PARRIS, upon and covering the premises above ~
described, dated the 4th day of May, 1973, and recorded in 0. R. Book 213, ;
page 22b4, Martin County, Florida public records; and

WNEREAS, the party of the second part is about to loan the sum of '
THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS,($34,000.00) upon the note of SUSAN
iriARIE ZACCHEO, secured by a first mortgage upon and covering the premises -
above described; and
WHEREAS, to induce the party of the second part to make the loan, the -
party of the first part has heretofore agreed and consented to subordinate the ~

; mortgage so held by the party of the first part, as aforesaid, to the lien of ~

~ the mortgage about to be made to the party of the second part as above set

NOW, THEREFORE, the party of the first part, in pursuance of the
agreement and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR (~1.00) to him in hand

E paid by the party of the second part, does, for himself, his personal repre-
sentative and assigns, hereby covenant, consent and agree to and with the party `
of the second part, its successors and assigns, that said mortgage held by the
party of the first part is and shall contir~ue to be subject and subordinate in
lien to the lien of the mortgage about to be made to the party of the second
part, as aforesaid. `
