This cause coming to be heard upon Wife's Motion
for Contempt Order and counsel for each of the parties having
announced to the Court an amicable settlement, and the Court

being advised in the premises and based on the agreement of
counsel for the parties,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:

1. The Husband~ sha11. pay to the law firm of Wil].es,
Bittan & Willes the sum of Four Hundred Three ($403.00) Dollars
representing costs and fees awarded in the Final Judgment dated

April 3, 1973 and Fifteen ($15.00) Dol.lars in Sheriff's service ~

costs in the following manner:

A. On or before January 2, Z974, the sum of Fifty
Three ($53 .~00) Dollars .
B. On Friday, January 11, 1974 the sum of Fifteen ~

($15.00) Dollars, and a like sum on the Friday of each week there- #
after until the total sum-is fully paid. -
