DISSOLUTION UF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for.trial the day of~y~, 1973, ;

and the Court having given fulZ consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife no~y~ exists
between the parties; an3 that the marriage between the parties is irre-
; -trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD R. LUTZ
and HAZEL MARGARET LUTZ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- ~
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TANNER ADAM LUTZ, minor child of the
parti~s, is hereby awarded to EDWARD R. LUTZ with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to HAZEL MARGARET LUTZ. -

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ~
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
