For value received and without grace, I,we, or either of us, jointly
and severally,promise to pay to the order- of Mortgagee CITIZENS~BANK OF PALM ;
BEACH COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation, 4395 Southern Boulevard, West Palm ~
Beach, Florida, the sum of One Hundred Thousand and no/100-(=100,000.00)-Dollars, ~
~with interest at the rate of Nine and 3/4-~9-3/4x)-per cent, per annum payable ~
monthly. The~said principal will be payable in eleven (11) quarterly install-
ments of E5,000.00 each, the first quarterly installment becoming due on the
lst day of April, 1974, and a like amount on the same day of each quarter there-
after, with a final payment to cover the balance due, on the lst day of January,
1977, in lawful money.of the United States of Asnerica with current rate of exchange
on New York; both principal and interest payable at Mortgagee's Address and if any •
installment of this note is not paid at its maturity, either in course or by
default, and is put into the hands of an Attorney for collection, I, we, or either
of us, agree to pay all costs of collectior?~ including a reasonable Attorney's fee,
in case the principal of this note or~any payment on the prinFipal, or any interest
thereof, is not paid at the respective maturity thereof, or in case it becomes
necessary to protect the security hereof, whether suit be brought or not. After
the maturity of any installment of this~note, either in course or by default, the
principal thereof shall bear interest at the rate of Nine and 3/4-(9-3/4%)-per cent,
per annum until paid.

It is expressly agreed that time is of the essence of this contract and
should any installment of this note, or any part thereof, remain unpaid after the s
same shall have become due and payable, or should any of the conditions and require-
ments set forth in the Mortgage hereinafter referred to be not complied with, then
the entire principal of this note, and the entire principal of any and all other
notes, if any, given as evidencing the indebtedness secured by the Mortgage herein-
after referred to, less any rebates required by law, with all arrearages of interest,
and all costs of collection, including a reasonable Attorney's fee, shall imnediately
become and be due and collectible at the option of the holder of this note, no
notice of the exercise of such option being necessary.
Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest and notice of
maturity, non-payment or protest, and all requirements necessary to hold each of

j them liable as makers and endorsers.
~ This note is secured by a First Mortgage given by the maker hereof to i
E Mortgagee, on property described.in said Mortgage, which Instrument is to be duly a
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
