THIS CAUSE having come on for hearinq upon motion of the
plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendarits, defendants in
the military services o£ the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non compo~ mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) That J. Michael Brennan , an attorney
learned in the law be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian and
attorney ad litem for all of the absent unknown defendants, defen-
dants in the military services of the United States, minor defendants
and defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under legal disability,

if any, to this cause. _
; (2) That the said attorney, J. Michael Brennan ,

a member of the Bar of this Court be, and he~is hereby appoittted as
