valuable considerations, said Grantor s do hereby grant, bargain, sell; alien, remise,

2049.75 feet; Thence, North 2° 26' 00" West, a distance of
680.50 feet to the Point of Begiru~ing; Thence continue North
2° 26' 00" West a distance of 1605.43 feet to the Southeast
Right of Way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; Thence,
South 44° 13' 30" West along said Right of Way line a distance
` of 2238.96 feet; Therice, North 89° 59' 00" East, a distance of
` 1629.79 feet to ~he Point of Beginning.
