Together with all riparian and littoral rights thereunto appertaining.
Subject to an easement for ingrese , egress and accesa over, across

of the Atlantic Ocean on the East to the right-of-way of State Road A-1-A
on the West . Thia easement eha12 be for the uae and benefit of the
lands owned by Grantor in the North one-half (N 1/2) of said Government
