FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION DF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December, 197~,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties;. and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol~ows:
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRADLEY
NEFF, husband and LINDA NEFF, wife be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them an2,
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to the wife, LINDA NEFF, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the husband, BRADLEY NEFF.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 28th day of Deceraber, 1973, the
husband, BRADLEY NEFF shall pay to the wife, LINDA NEFF the sum
; of $30.00 each and every week ($15.00 per child), for the support
~ of the two minor children.
; Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

€ Ay him remitted promptly to LINDA NEFF. In addition, there is here-
; by assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Cler;cof this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
' and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
