FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 19th day of
December, 1973 and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the -
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and shou~d be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
PALMENA SLAUGHTER and JOHN E. SLAUGHTER be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
_ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The husband, John E. Slauqhter, is
awarded the sum of $S,OOO.Q4 as a special equity in the real
property vested in Palmena Slaughter, lying and being in
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, described as foliows, to-wit:

~ Lot 4 in Blk 83 of RIVER PARR UNIT 10 .
~ SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof
i as recorded in Plat Book 14 at page 29 & 29A
; of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

I The husband, John E. Slaughter, is also.awarded the
~ wife's interest in that certain 1970 Vacat Model Mobile Home
t bearing identification #V2504405, as a special equity in said
mobile home.

t 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. PaZmena Slaughter be and
~ she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of PALMENA
FRANCISCO DIETLIN, and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.

~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. The husband is hereby ordered
to remove himself from the wife's home and each of the parties
~ is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
harassing or annoying, the other.
: 5. FEES AND COSTS. The parties shall each be required
to bear their own attorney fees and costs incurred herein,
provided however, each party shall bear one-half the expense
~ of the court reporter's charges for reporting these proceedings.
