ORDER ON TEMPORARY_CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPOR~ ~
This matter coming on to be heard the ~Q~ day of December, 1973, '
upon temporary relief, and it appearing to the.Court that the parties
are not residents of the State of Florida for purposes of tnaintaining
a dissolution of marriage action at~the present time, but that the Court
does have jurisdiction to determine temporary child support and custody
and testimony having been taken from the parties to this action, and
the Court having considered the evidence presented, finds and determines
as follows:
l. That temporary child custody of the children born of this
- marriage, namely, ROXANNE PARKER, age 3, and STEVEN PARKER, age 1~, are
- hereby awarded to the Wife, LAURA PARKER, subject to reasonable visita- ;

tion rights with said children by the Husband, STEVEN LEONARD PARKER.
2. The Husband, STEVEN LEONARD PARKER, is hereby directed to pay

-~~3D.00 per week for the support and maintenance of these two children 5

` commencing the~day of December, 1973, and on the same day of each ~

~ week thereafter, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. In addition, there :

~ is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to ~

~ each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, ~ ~
~ ~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to ~

~ keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and residence ;
~ addresses at all times while this order is in effe t. '

directed to conduct an investigation of the home facilities of said ~

- children, which investigation is for the purpose of assisting this ;
