This agreement, made this Z~ day of July, 1973, be-
tween MARVEL GOLLNICK, a widow, hereinafter called FIRST PARTY, ~

and GILES D. ROSS and MARGUERITE F. ROSS, his wife, 2109 South
29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
SECQND PARTIES, -
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if Second. Parties shall first make the payments
and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to
be made and performed, First Party hereby covenants and agrees
~'to convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encum-
brances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following
described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All that part of S~ of N~ of SF}4 of SW~ of SE 4, ~
Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
lying East of 30th S~reet, EXCEPT the South
49~ feet thereof, also EXCEPTIldG the North 25
feet thereof.
~ Second Parties hereby covenant~ and agree to pay First Party the
sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00), with interest at the

= rate of 696 per annum, as follows:

$125.00 per month beginning on the lst day of
~ September, 1973, and $150.00 per month beginning

recording of this agreement, which is to be recorded no later
r than December 31, 1973, in order for Second Parties to be entitled
to claim homestead exemption. ;
