The parties hereto, by and through their attorneys, ;
having submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation to ;
this Court for its approval, and the Court being of the ~

opinion that the sum of $5,000.00 to the minor, through her
guardian, is a fair, full and adequate consideration for
' said minor, as a result of the accident resulting in
¢ injuries involved herein, and the defendant denying liability
~
~ ;
~ therefor and that the settlement is beneficial to said minor,
~
~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises,~it is
~
~ thereupon;

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, ROLANDA

~ ANN JONES, a minor, by and through her guardian, do have

~ and recover from the defendant, MACK WILLIAMS, the sum
~ of $5,000.00; it is further '

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the

said sum in the aforesaid manner, that WILLIE JONES, as
guardian of said minor, shall give a full and complete '

satisfaction and release of this judgment to the defendant;
