This cause coming on to be heard on the wife's Motion to

Show Cause and the court having heard the testimony of the ?

husband, Rodney CoffmarL and the wife, Judy Coffman, finds that >

the husband, Rodney Coffman, is in arrears in child support 7

payments:to the wife in the amount of $640.00.- Z"tie court further t

finds that the husband has not paid the attorneys fees and costs

of $380.50 and has not paid the doctor bill in the amount of ;
a
$250.00 nor the hospital bill of $253.40 as set out in the final ~
decree herein which the wife has paid, it is therefore, ~
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, Rodney Coffman,
be lzeld in contempt of court but may purge himself of contempt
~ by making the payments set forth below. The husband shall
; immediately commence making child support payments of $15.00 per ~
~
~
~
~ week to the wife and pay an additional $2.50 per week to the wife
~ -
~ to apply to the arrearage of $640.00, for a total of $17.50 a
~
~ week; and 90 days after date hereof the husband shall make an
~ .
~ additional payment of $2.50 per week to the wife to apply on the ~
~ ~
~ hospital bill, doctor bill and attorneys fees, for a total
~ ;
~ weekly payment of $20.00 per week.

~ • IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband shall ~
`~r make the payments each week through the Clerk of the Circuit
- Cou rt of St. Lucie County, Florida to wit: Roger Poitras, and
