This cause coming on thisday to be heard before me on petition of

Darwin A. Flieth ~oined by his wife Linda Dale R. Flieth, petitioning for a ~
~ final decree of adoption, and it appearing to the Court that the natural father ~
~ of the minor child had been served personal],y w~th a copy of the petition and ~
~

,~has thereafter failed to file his responses thereto and that subsequent~y a ~
,
ldefaul~ has been entered against the said natural father, Billie E~gene Music, #
and the court now being advised in the premises finds: '

1. That the petitioner DARWIN A. FLIETH is a fit and proper person

~ to adopt the said minor child named in the petition, and that the best interest

! ; of said minor will be promoted by such adoption.

E 2. That the said minor is suitable for adoption by the said petition .
