FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ?
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of
December, 1973 and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that~Ii~inarriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
ARTHUR O. PARMELEE and FRANCES W. PARMELEE be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the ob2igations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ARTHUR O. PARMELEE, III,
VALERIE FRANCES PARMELEE, WAI,TER FRANCIS PAf2MELEE AND CHRISTOPHER
DANIEL PARMELEE~ minor children of the parties hereto named in =
the complaint is hereby awarded to the Petitioner, FRANCES W. ~
PARMELEE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
husband, ARTHUR O. PARMELEE. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that as each
of the minor children reaches the age of 15 years, he or she
may have the right to determine which of the parties with whom
they want to reside. In the event any or all of the children
elect to reside with the husband, ARTHUR O. PARMELEE, then
. the supgort payments as provided for in the following paragraph
shall be reduced in the amount of $15.00 per week for each of
said children electing to reside with the husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 28th day of December
1973 the husband, ARTHUR O. PARMELEE shall pay to FRANCES W.
PARMELEE the sum of $20.00 each and every week for the support
of each of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to FRANCES W. PARMELEE.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this order is in effect.
