. 4. PROPERTY. The Petitioner, FRANCES W.
PARMELEE and the minor children of the parties hereto shall
. have the right to the exclusive use, possession and enjoyment
of the former marital residence of the parties hereto, located
at 3608 Ridghaven Road in St. Lucie County, Florida and now
occupied by the Petitioner an~ said minor children for the
rest of the Petitioner's life or until further order of the
Court. ~
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the par~ies is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
harassinq or.annoying, the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the
sum of $400.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for
his services herein and ARTHUR O. PARMELEE is ordered to
pay said attorney said sum together with costs herein ;
assessed at $30.5G. i

7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause,
and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such
further orders as may be proper. .
