RESOLUTION NO. 73-143
WHEREAS, Frank Freeman, Inc. as agent for Central Bank and
Trust, as Trustee, has petitioned the Board of County Comamissioners i
of St. Lucie County to vacate that part of the p3at of Indrio Sub-
division, Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at page 45 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, that lies west of the west
right of way line of Avenue D as shown on said plat and excepting
from said vacation the right of way for Avenue E and Indrio Road
as shown on said plat and,
WHEREAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of Caunty
Commissioners to vacate said part of said plat was given by legal
~ notice published on November 29 and December 6, 1973 in the News
Tribune, a daily newspaper published in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida and, - ~
WHEREAS, said petitioner has shown that it is the owner in fee
simple of all the lots and blocks in that portion of said subdivision
sought to be vacated; that the vacation by the Board of the portion

F sought to be vacated will not affect the ownership of persons owning

E other parts of said subdivision and that all taxes on said lands

~ have been paid;

~ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ?

~ Statutes, that part of the plat of Indrio Subdivision, Unit 2, as

= as shown on said plat is hereby vacated, and any right of St. Lucie
