of which the Husband shall have the ownership and possession.
Z'he Wife shall be responsible for the payment of the monthly ;
mortgage payments, taxes and insurance thereon subsequent to
December 31, 1973.
7. Commencing January 2, 1974, the Husband shall pay
to the Wife on the 2nd day of each month one-half of the payment
to be made on the home improvement loan with the First~National
Bank of Fart Pierce, Florida until said improvement loan is paid

in full. After said improvement loan has been paid in full, the ~

' Husband shall not be required to make further payments thereon
to the Wife.
_ 8. The Husband shall deliver to the Wife one One
Thousand DolZar ($1,000.00) bond of Faith Baptist and Southern
Christian Churches, which bond is fully paid for, properly executed
so as to conv~y title and ownership to the Wife. The Wife, by
appropriate instrument, shall convey to the Husband all her
interest in a Qne Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) bond of Faith Baptist
and Southern Christian Churches, which bond is not fully paid for ~
but which the Husband agrees to accept and assume the obligation
to pay for.
9. The Wife, by appropriate instrument, shall convey to
the Husband her interest in the 1970 Chevrolet Station Wagon and
the 1969 Cadillac automobile.
