ownership of the Husband's tools, office equipment and air con-
ditioning equipment in the office.
11. The Husband shall have sole and exclusive pos-
session and ownership of the profit sharing agreement which the
Husband has with Xerox Corporation.
12. The Husband shall pay to the law firm of Willes,

•Bittan & Willes the sum of $450 as.a reasonable fee for their
services herein on behalf of the Wife, and the costs incurred
herein in the sum of $30.50.

13. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby ~

incorporated herein by reference and the parties are orders~to ;
comply with the provisions thereof.
14. Jurisdiction of this cause, and of the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
