That if Second Parties sha11 first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter meritioned on their part to be
made and performed, First Party hereby covenants and agrees to
convey and assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators, or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encum- ~
brances, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following {
described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: ~

Lots 54, 5S and 56, ALTADIIJA SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page -
71, public records ot St. Lucie County, Florida.
Second Parties hereby covenant and aqree to pay First Party the
sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLIARS ($25,000.00), with interest #
at the rate o£ 696 per anrium, as follows :

ment, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;

Second Parties agree to pay all costs connected with the
recording of this agreement, which is to be recorded no later than
December 31, 1973, in order fnr Second Parties to be entitled to
claim homestead exemption.
