called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every i~stance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal ~epresenta-
tives, end assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good a~d valuabie considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the pramissory r~ote of even date herewith, hereinafter destribed, the Mongagor does grant, :
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mo~tgagee, in fee simple, the following desc~ibed

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and tF~e fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are irxluded
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, etectric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even ihough they
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS tAUTUAIIY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, ar anytime w~thin twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of ~his mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this morrgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this morrgage may decrease or inaease from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any o?~e time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of

payment oi taxes, levies, or insurance on the property mvered by the lien of this morigage with interest on such disburse-
