LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, barn the testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has following determinations: NOW, Lucie Joseph M. Maturani presented a petition to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AG-5 (Agricultural - 1 du/5 acres) Zoning District for the property described below. On June 19, 2001, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners County, Florida: The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined th. request of Joseph M. Maturani to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as foll¢ From the Northeast corner of Section 21, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run South 89°55'West 790.37 feet to the northwesterly right of Glades Cut-Off Road; thence run South 44°43'30" West along said right-of-way line 930.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 44°16'30" west 417.82 feet; thence run North 45°16'30" west 1357.14 feet to the north line of said Section 21; thence run North 89055, east along said Section line 592.87 feet; thence run South 45°16'30" east 936.51 feet to the Point of Beginning. (11 AC) (TAX I.D. NO. 4221-121-0015-000/1). A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Comrr unity Development Director.
