PARTIAL RELEASE OF~MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
MHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Amerlca, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, Pxecuted the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
• 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated Octaber 4, 1972, amending the sum sec~red
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
- Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book.207,-Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie -
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and.recorded =
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. '
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of •
the premises and the sum of Five Thousand One Nun~red Thirtv~Five

dces remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
