~ THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of

AVANELL STEWART, his wife, hereinafter called the parties of ~

the first part; and FRANK H. HAWLEY and PEGGY A. HAWLEY, his wife,

W I T N E S S E T H: '

That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereina~ter mentioned ~
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the ~
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the ~

said parties of the second part, in the estate aforesaid, and
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns,
in fee simple, by a good and suff icient deed, the following '

described property, together with all improvements thereon, ~

lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 13, REGINA PALMS
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof_,recorded in t;
