O R D E R
This cause coming on for a continued hearing on
Dececaber 28, 1973 on Wife's Motion for Contempt Order and
Husband's Counter Motion for Contempt Order and Petition to
Modify Final Judgraent, and the Court having heard testimony of '

the parties and argument of counsel for the respective parties - ;

and being advised in the premises,
The Court finds and determines that the Husband, ADAM
S. F~IGI~R, SR., is in arrears in support and tuition payments
previously Ordered in the sum of One Thousand Forty-Five
($1,045.00) Dollars, and the Court furthe~ finds that it is in
~
~ the best interest of the minor daughter, DEBORAH WAGNER, to '
E
set specific visitation times; ~
~
It is therefore ORDERED as follows: ~
1. The Husband, ADAM S. WAGNER, SR., is in contempt of
this Court, but may purge himself of said contempt by the payment ;
- ~
of Five ($5.00) Dollars every other week on the arrearage of
. ~
One Thousand Forty-Five ($1,045.00) Dollars; said Five ($5.00)
Dollars sha11 be added to the diminishing payments provided for

in Paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment herein, to wit: Thirty
($30.00) Dollars support for the younger child, DEBORAH, from
and after December 27, 1973 when the older child, BRUCE WAGNER,
attains his majority. The first Five ($5.00) Dollar addition
