~ach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court,
P. O. Drawer 700. Fort Pierce, Florida, and by him remitted
promptly to MYRTI~S t~GNER. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of One ($1.00) Do1Zar as statutory cost to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. A 11 payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the ,parties are
Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect. ~
2. The visitation rights of the Husband, ADAM S. ~r'~jGNER,
SR., with the minor daughter, DE80RAH WAGNER, shall specifically
include the right to have the minor daughter with him from
2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. every other Sunday commencing December 30,
I973, provided however that the Husband shall constune no alcoholic
beverages while the minor daughter is in his care and custody.
