George A. Saleeby, Jr., plaintiff in that certain cause No.
73-178-CA in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, lately pending, wherein Frank J.
Haas was defendant, and where a final judgment was entered dated
the 2nd day of November, 1973, which judgment was filed of record
and recorded in Official Record Book 220 at page 1486 of the public
records o€ St. Lucie County, Florida, and being in the amount of
$4,713.00, has received full, complete and final satisfaction of
s~-i~ judgment together with his costs therein expended and the

Clerk of this Court be and he is hereby directed to enter the said
ljudgment fully discharged and satisfied.
