It is thereupon - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follavs: ~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DIXIE FULWIDER and GARY FULWIDER be and the same is h reby dissolved, and the parties and eaeh of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER LEE FULWIDER, minor child of the parties; is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. 3. - SUPPORT:~ Corrmencing the day ofj~~:~ ~ .~p0 197 the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $~~J ~ each and every week for the support of the child nam~ed above. Each payment shall be made to the C1erk of thi.s Court and by ` him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there i.s hereby assessed ~ the stun of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money order or eashierts check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all tirnes while this Order is in effect.
