This cause coming on to be heard on December 18, 1973 at
9:00 a.m. on Motion for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there- ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, ~
THOMAS WAYNE SKINNER, is in arrears in his payments to PHYLLIS ~
- ~
S. SKINNER WORRELL, the Wife, for the support and maintenance s
of the minor children, issue of the marriage of the parties
hereto in the sum of $680. :

2. That the Husband, THOMAS WAYNE SKINNER, is hereby ~
held in contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve three (3)
i
days in the St. Lncie County jail, Fort Pierce, Florida; that ;

said sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the =
~
said Husband, on December 31, 1973 and on January 15, 1974, and
on the 31st and 15th day of each month thereafter (semi-monthly) ;
shall pay to the Wife, PHYLLIS S. SKINNER WORRELL, the additional
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in conjunction with the semi-monthly ~

support payments of One Hundred Twenty-five ($125.00) Dollars for ~

the support of the minor children, issue of the marriage of the
parties hereto.
