DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 27th day of December, 1973,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; tha[t the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between HOUSTON HO~WARD WILLIAMS and
~ GRACE MARIE WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~
,
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
~ ~
~ tions arising therefrom. , ~
~ 2. Custody of MARILYN WILLIAMS and WAYNE WILLIAMS, ~
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to GRACE MARIE"
~ WILLIAMS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to HOUSTON ~
~
~ HOWARD WILLIAMS.

3. Commencing NJ~nday, December 31, 1973, HOUSTON
~ HOWARD WILLIAMS shall pay to GRACE MARIE WILLIAMS the sum of
~ $20 each week for each child named above. Each payment of $40 ~

- shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted ~
