assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each

•payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. That GRACE MARIE WILLIAMS shall have the possession
and ownership of all the furniture and furnishings now in her
possession at the rented home located at 2409 South 37th Street,

5. The Court determines that the sum of $300 is a
reasonable amount to be paid by HOUSTON HaWARD WILLIAMS to the
law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes to be applied upon counsel ~

fees for GRACE MARIE v~ILLIAMS, and that in addition thereto HOUSTON ~

HCJWARD WILLIAMS shall pay the costs incurred herein in the amount ~

~ of $38. ~
` 6. HOUSTON HaWARD WILLIAMS, by appropriate instrument, ~

' shall transfer to GRACE MARIE WILLIAMS all his right, title and ;

~ interest in the 1968 Chevrolet automobile now in her possession, ~

~ and that IiOUSTON H(~WARD WILLIAMS shall pay of f the existing lien }

~ on said automobile in the sum of $149.

~ 7. That a restraining order be entered against each of {

~ the parties hereto and each of the parties is enjoined from !

~ molesting, interfering with or bothering the other party.
