said sum is payable as follows: One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
within three (3) days of the date of this Judgment, and the remain-
ing Five Thousand Dollars ($5,004.00) at the rate of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) per month commencing January 5, 1974 and on the
5th day of each month thereafter until the full amount is paid
unless, however, the above described land is sold prior to the said
sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) being paid in full, and in
that event, upon the sale of the above described property by WILLIAM
S. BURDETTE or the conveyance by him of said property, then the t
unpaid balance shall become due and payable instanter.
The Wife, EDNA Y. BURDETTE, is also awarded the
following personal property in the possession of the Husband, to-
