T'he Husband, WILLIAM S. BURDETTE, shall pay off
the liens on the above described property and deliver the same

to the Wife, EDNA Y. BURDETTE, free and clear. In the event the F
Husband desires to pay the equipment liens off in monthly install- ~

ments he is granted this right providing he saves the Wife harmless
from paying such indebtedriess when it becomes due and before it

becomes delinquent. ?

3. The Husband, WILLIAM S. BURDETTE, is to deliver to
the Wife, EDNA Y. BURDETTE, an automobile of the 1969 or 1970
year make, and the Husband shall be responsible for and pay off
any lien existing against said automobile. In the event there is
an existing lien and the retain title contract is payable in monthly
installments, the Husband is granted the right to make such monthly
instalZment payments when the same become due and before they become

delinquent. The Husband shall save the Wi.fe harmless from any debt
due against said motor vehicle; and the said motor vehicle is to be ~

acceptable to the Wife, delivered to her and in her possession
within three days from the date of this Final Judgment.
4. The Wife is hereby ordered to remove herself and her F
minor child from the Husband's home and each of the parties is ~
