This cause came on for trial the 5th day of December, 1973, ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ~

thereupon -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOMMY ~

KENNY ROBERSON and LAURA JUNE PIXLEY ROBERSON be and the same is
; hereby d~ssolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
,

~ from the obligations arising therefrom. _
¢ 2. PROPERTY. The Husband is to pay the Wife $75.00, `
r
~ in consideration of which, the Wife shall transfer unto the Husband :

~ the registration papers for two rifles presently in possession of the f
~
~ Husband.
~ The jointly held property of the parties, to wit:
~ .
~ The East 47.5 feet of Lot 3 and West 46.25 feet of
~ Lot 2, Block 7, Replat of Palm Gardens,
~
~
~ and the household furnishings therein shall be sold, and the proceeds
~
thereof divided between the parties equally.
~ Title to the Fort Torino automobile, presently owned jointly -
by the parties, shall be transferred unto the Husband~. <
