The Grantor, as owner of the rea~ property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
oeing a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range i
40 ~ast, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said `
real property the following restrictions and covenants: ;

1. Any resider.tial construction on the premises ~
sra21 contain not less than 1000 square feet of living }
area exclusive of carports, attached.garage and porches. ~

2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, ~
sha11 be kept or maintained on the premises at any time. +

3. No poultry _shall be kept or maintained on the +
pre.-aises for comm•rcial purposes. • i

4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels ;
:nay be maintained on tY~.e premises at any time for ;
commercia~ purposes. ~ '
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
an any part of the said property any dumping ground, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
natter whatsoever.

6. ~o tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary
character shall be used as a residence or as a place of
husiness, temporarily or perrianently on-any part of the Iand
(other than temporary structures used during construction of
pern.anent buildings).
7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it ~
shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any ~
real property situated in said section to prosecute any ~
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
vio3ating or att-empting to violate the same and either to
prevent him or them from so doing or to recover damages for
such violation.
8. The foregoing reszrictions, covenants, burdens ~
and servitudes shall run with the land and shall remain in ~
iull force and effect until June l, 1982 at which time they ~
shall autoraatically become null and void and of no further ~
effect. ~
