HomeMy WebLinkAbout0812 ADDENDUM TO 1~'IORTGAGE FROM MARC MASSAR TRUSTEE A.'~1D INDIVIDUALLY, TO DOROTHY WELCH Mortgagee shall grant partial release by instrument suitabZe for recording with the Clerk of Circuit Court in atid for St. Lucie County, at the request of Mortgagor, subject to the following provisions: 1. Repayment of principal in the amount of #2,460.00 for each acre requeated. 2. Release requeat ahall be in the minimum request of 20 acres . 3. The first release shall be either Lot 11 or the East one-half (E 1/2) of Lots 9 and 10, or the West one-half (W 1/2) of Lots 9 and 10. 4. All releases after initisl release shall be contiguous . Any prepayment or release payment shall be applied in anticipation of the next ensuing payments due on the note which this instant purchase money mortgage secures . Failure to request a partial release at the time repayment of principal has been made in the amount sufficient to release a ten (10) acre parcel shall not constitute a waiver of the partial release right. Mortgagee shall, upon written request from Mortgagor, execute and join ih the granting of any easements, rights of way, and dedications as may be necessary and/ or required by local, county, state or federal suthorities, and publie utility com- panies for the purpo~e of acquiring and obtairung public utilities , sanitary and/or storm sewer, water, gas, electric, telephone facilities, on, over, and under the premises , and shall execute and join in any plats of subdivision so long as said subdivision meets the requirements of the county or applicable government authorities . ~ f ; 80t~c P~ 8~ t j ~h~.~...,.x_ 5,>~ , _ - . .
