day of November, 1973, by and between GEORGE A. COSTA and

LUCILLE V. COSTA, his wife, part~es of the first part, and ~ ~

NEW JERSEY REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corpo-
ration having its principal place of business in Newark,
Essex County, New Jersey, party of the second part. ~

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, certain real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, was conveyed to party of the second part as security
for a~ao Million Dollar ($2,000,000.00) loan made to Lucille a
V. Costa, Inc., a Florida corporation, as evidenced by that
certain mortgage.deed dated September 28, 1972, and recorded
October 3, 1972, in Official Record Book 206 at page 2585 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said real

property being more particularly described as follows:
' Lots 1 through 20, Block 1_, and the South 10 feet
j of vacated alley lying Northerly of and adjacent
€ thereto, and Lots 2 through 9, Block 7, less the
~ South 20 feet of said Lot 9, and the East 10 feet
of vacated alley lying Westerly of and adjacent
p thereto, CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE, according
~ to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, _
~ pages 30A and 30B, public records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida;

~ WHEREAS, the said Lucille V. Costa is now the owner t
~ and title holder of record of the aforementioned mortgage

~ WHEREAS, the promissory note of Lucille V. Costa, Inc., ;

~ which evidences the aforementioned mortgage debt of Two Million
~ Dollars ($2,OQ0,000.00) and which is referred to in the afore-

mentioned mortgage deed was endorsed by parties of the first.
