Million Dollar ($2,000,000.00) promissory note and party of ~
the second part is agreeable to.such an extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and.other good and valuable
• considerations, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The date of maturity of the Two Million Dollar
($2,000,000.00) promissory note secured by the said mortgage
deed is hereby extended to the 22nd day of Februarv •
1974. All other provisions of said promissory note and
mortgage deed are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this Mortgage Extension Agreement this 26th day of November,
1973.
