BLACK, Husband, • ~ ~ ~ and ~ MARY PARKER BLACK, Wife. • FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of December, A.D. 1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court.has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ma~riage betwee~ the parties should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGE_D as follows : l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GEORGE A. BLACK and MARY PARKER BLACK be, and it is hereby, dissolved, and that the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing~between them and from the ob- ligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMES H. BLACK, minor child of the ~ parties, is hereby awarded to MARY PARKER BLACK, with reasonable visit- ~ ~ ation ri-ghts reserved to GEORGE A. BLAQC. . ~ ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 27th day of December, A.D. ~ ~ ~ 1973, the Husband, GEORGE A. BLACK, shall pay MARY PARKER BLACK, the ~ sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) each and every week for the support of ~ the minor child named above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~ by him remitted promptly to MARY PARKER BLACK. In addition thereto ? ~ = the sum of $1.00 is hereby assessed as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, . ~ ~i ~x ~ money order or cashier's check.
