4. PROPERTY. The Stipulation admitted into evidence i.3
hereby iacorporated herein by reference, and the parties are ordered
to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of Four
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) to be reasonable for the wife's attor-
ney for his services herein and GEORGE A. BLACK is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum, together with costs herein assessed at $30.50.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
