THIS.CAUSE came on for trial the 5th day of December, ~

1973, and, based upon testimony and stipulation between counsel for ~
the res ective arties, and the Court having given full consideration ~

to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic-
tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is-, there- :

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
_ 1. DISSOLUTTON-OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DORRIS

DEAN HANNER and MARY C. HANNER be, and it is hereby, dissolved, and ~

~ that the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ~

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob- }
~
~ ligations arising therefrom.

2. PROPERTY. That the Wife, MARY C. HANNER, shall ba

~ solely liable for and shall assume the payment of the oustanding
~
a balances due on the following accounts: HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORA-
TION, J. C. PENNEY CO., WOOLWORTH'S and the FORD MOTOR COMPANY; FIELD'S,
~ and that the Wife shall hold the Husband harmless from any liability
~
u; on said accounts. ~
~ That the Husband, DORRIS DEAN HANNER, shall be solely li-
able for and shall assume the payment of the outstanding balances

due on the following accounts: AVCO FINANCIAL CORPORATION and W. T. ~
;
4; GRANT COMPANY; and that the Husband shall hold the Wife harmless ~
from any liability on said accounts.
