she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARY C.
POWELL, and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is tiereby
enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassinq or annoy-
ing the other. ~
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Husband, DORRI~~DEAN HANNER,

shall pay the sum of $200.00 to the Wife's attorney for his services #
herein and he is hereby ordered to pay said attorney said sum, to-
gether with costs assessed herein at $30.50.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and~the ~
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
